Booking & Payment
- Bookings are confirmed only once full payment has been received.
- All bookings are non-refundable. Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled or amended.
- Prices include VAT (if applicable) and the use of listed facilities.
- We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
Check-in & Check-out
- Nestled on the Farm & Nestled by the Lake: Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am.
- Nestled by the Green: Check-in from 2:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and an additional charge. Please contact us to confirm.
Accommodation & Facilities
- All lodges include an oven, microwave, toaster and gas BBQ (gas included).
- Private hot tubs and firepits are provided at every lodge.
- Bike hire available at all sites (subject to availability).
- Nestled by the Green: Private saunas in each hut and an outdoor covered 100-inch cinema area with heating and sofas.
- Nestled by the Lake: Private swim for fishing with Carp (up to 30 lb), Rudd, Perch (up to 4.5 lb), Tench and Roach. Fishing is included in your stay and free to use anytime during your visit.
Pets
- Pets are welcome at Nestled on the Farm and Nestled by the Green.
- No pets are permitted at Nestled by the Lake.
- Owners are responsible for their pets at all times and for cleaning up after them.
Guest Conduct
- Smoking is only permitted outside the lodges.
- Quiet hours apply at all sites from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
- Guests must be respectful of neighbours, fellow guests and staff at all times.
- Any damage, loss or extra cleaning caused by guests or their pets may be charged to the booking holder.
Parking & Access
- Nestled on the Farm & Nestled by the Lake: Private parking directly outside each lodge.
- Nestled by the Green: Communal car park a short walk from the lodges.
- Full directions are provided after booking.
Liability
- Guests stay at Nestled at their own risk.
- We do not accept liability for loss or damage to guests’ belongings or for any injury or accident unless caused by our negligence.
- Children and pets must be supervised at all times, particularly near water or hot tubs.
Changes or Closure
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or amend your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, government restrictions), we will offer a transfer or credit but cannot accept liability for any consequential loss.

Beautiful setting, spotlessly clean, with a very well-equipped kitchen
It had everything we needed for a long weekend of relaxation. My partner made full use of the fishing lake as did I with the hot tub! For the slightly chilly evenings, we had a lovely log burner fire which kept us very warm and cosy.

We had the most amazing last-minute trip away to the lodge and it was just perfect! Exactly as described on the listing and the most idillic get away for two! The kitchen was brilliant for a home cooked meal so we could take advantage of the lodge itself and the hot tub.
